What does it mean when random flashing pixels appear on my TV when I’m using my Xbox 360?
When I play Halo 3 there are various flashing triangles and other geometric angles flashing on my screen. This seems to happen only when there is animation or movement during the game. It looks fine when I first turn on my xbox but it starts when I play the game. Is this some problem with my A/V port or on the motherboard itself?
It would not be the A/V port if there are actually flashing shapes interfering with the graphics.
This may be indicative of a GPU malfunction that could be a prelude to the three lights red ring of death.
