How To Look For The Best Digital Camera

It seems that each month, if not every week, different makers are coming up with the newest digicams to lure potential customers. And it is not working for you!

After spending large period of time at the mall working out which is the best electronic camera, we finally have enough funds to buy that eye-popping, ten megapixel, 10x digital zoom, candy coloured, up to 512MB expandable memory of super hi-speed SD memory storage and not to mention very movable, ( that’ll be the envy of most everybody we all know ). We march to the mall supplied with our lifetime savings and a lot of pride in ourselves, when we pass by a new display – a twelve mega-pixel, up to 4GB expandable memory, with built it mic and stereo surround, video playback able, with 22 scenic modes kind-of-camera. And we sigh as the producer of this superb gadget claims that this is the #1 yet out in the market. And so as we always wish to have the best, supplied with our life savings and one or two cards, we buy the “best digital camera.” but then again, that doesn’t last too long, after two months or thereabouts there’s another “best” one.

And so it confuses us. What makes a digital camera, the best electronic camera?

Well, there are particular things to consider when attempting to find this super duper electronic device.

Megapixels. One of the most significant features of a digital camera to make it into the best electronic camera category is its megapixel property. The higher the mega pixels the better the particular picture will come out. A mega pixel is like 1,000,000 pixels. The resolution of your image is based upon the megapixel property of your camera. This suggests that as you extend the picture, you would get more detail and less blurry colours.

LCD SIZE. The best digital camera will always have a giant LCD to help frame your subject while not having to squint to the view-finder. This is also beneficial when going over your photographs, some cameras enable touch up and modifying features with its LCD. A 1.5-inch display is average, a 2-inch LCD display is good, but the best LCD size would be 2.5 inches or higher.

ZOOM. Most Digital Cameras have both digital and optical zoom. A higher optical zoom is frequently better than a higher digital zoom. Electronic cameras are generally furnished with optical of between 3x to 10x. The better the optical zoom, the higher it climbs up to the A+ category.

Memory storage. Always make sure that your memory chip is the best one for your electronic camera. There are several sorts of memory card like the xD, SD, Flash card and the likes. And these types of memory sticks go with specific kinds of digicams. Of course memory storage is also up there in choosing the best electronic cameras. Select the size of memory you will need, if you are a photo addict, you may need more than 64MB. Memory cards can go up to few GB nowadays.

The key reason to find the best electronic camera is to find one that can best fit you and your lifestyle. Don’t just buy the newest or the one which claims they are the best digital cameras out in the market. You wouldn’t wish to get a DSLR and use it with your home activities or family outing and have to lug it around? ! Or you don’t want to buy the newest point and shoot camera when you are serious about being a pro cameraman. ( naturally, you may use this for a start, but if you’re not a novice shutter-bug anymore, you wouldn’t want to get this kind of camera. )

actually , the best digital camera is the one which you may enjoy and use. An easy camera will accomplish the job. Not the type that you’ll just leave decaying in its box or after a few weeks of use or thereabouts up there in the attic room.
