reed diffuser set….from walmart….?
so recently got a reed diffuser (set) and it’s from walmart(might help w my question) and i can’t get the reeds in the oil “jar” and theres no directions and there is this stopper like thing in the jar and i’ve tried to push it through…there is also this tall wooden lip/rim … tried twisting it off but no luck…is there something im missing?????

You have to pull the stopper out. The wooden rim stays on. The wooden rim holds the scent too and it absorbs any oil that my be on the rim. The stopper is hard to remove, but once you do that you will be ready to go.
