I want to buy a Kodak Retina IF which has a battery powered flash, but I don´t know where to get the bulb?
Is it necesary to have the Flash Bulbs and to use the flash in order to take good quality photos? Thanks!
Not necessarily. I think you will find that it will take pictures outside during the day just fine without a flash bulb.
The IIF has a bulb exposure mode*, can’t remember if the IF does. If the IF does have a bulb mode then you could use that to take pictures inside as long as it is on a tripod and your subject is not moving.

* Note this is not related to the flash bulb operation. The ‘Bulb’ mode allows for long exposures.
