3 Really Simple Ways To Find Hot New Diets
Over the last 5 years the amount of diets available to buy has grown exponentially and now it is incredibly difficult to choose just one from all those on offer. They all claim to be the best diet around too and inundate you with testimonials from people who claim to have used their system to lose huge amount of weight, so how do you choose? Well here are 3 ways you can use to find a diet which can help you lose weight effectively, and I recommend you try all 3 out before making your final choice:
Look for some feedback first: The best way to see if a diet will live up to the hype is to get feedback from people who have seen it or used it themselves. You can either use the search engines to find reviews (a fantastic place to start) or use a diet review website like InsideYourDiet.com which have a whole bunch of different reviews in one place. Or if you want feedback from normal people who have tried the diet out then seek our weight loss forums and usually there are some very spirited discussions going on about almost every diet you can imagine!
That way you find out which diets are most popular and you can avoid the ones which are obvious scams and make it hard to cancel charges they make to your credit card etc.
Ask for recommendations from family and friends: The best thing about searching for reviews online is you can quickly and easily find them for almost any diet, but the bad thing is you have no idea if the reviews can be trusted. That is why I always recommend asking your friends and your family about any diets they have tried recently and what they thought of them. You will only get information on a narrower range of diets this way as they won’t have tried that many, but you will get feedback you can trust and hopefully be able to see the results they had with your own eyes.
Another advantage is that as they are on the diet or used to be on it, then they can give you advice on how to get the most out of it and even become a ‘diet buddy’ for you so you can help to motivate and encourage each other to stick to it.
Check the celebrity gossip magazines: I know a lot of people are going to disagree with me on this suggestion, but I think looking into what diet the celebrities are following is always a good idea. If you think about then these are people with access to resources we can only dream of. They can hire the best personal trainers, have full time cooks to make them whatever meals they want etc, and so if they are choosing to follow a diet then it must be for a good reason. Of course you need to be careful about celebrities who actually promote particular diets, their choice is going to be biased, but keep an eye out for what the others are using when you read the latest news.
