anyone used opteka lenses?
i have a Canon Rebel xsi and can’t afford expensive lenses right now. i know you get what you pay for, but is it worth it at all to buy the $30 opteka macro or fisheye lense?

I personally stick with Tamron, Sigma, Tokina or Vivitar if looking at anything other than OEM lenses. Don’t even look at an Opteka or a Phoenix. I have heard Bower is decent.

If you just take a moment and look for something, you can find it. Also check Craigslist. The fact that you own a Canon is in your favor. Canon and Nikon lenses are available there all the time for a steal. Check it out.
BTW-I believe that you can get a fisheye effect from many software suites.
