Can you use any power cord to hook up any Computer Monitor?
I took all my computer crap with me, and I forgot the power cord to the monitor. There’s a monitor at this house I’m staying at. Would I be able to use that monitor’s power cord for my monitor? Completely different brand monitors, but just don’t know if the power cords are universal? I do have the other cord with the two pronged pieces that hook up to the back of my CPU, just need the power cord for the monitor.

The power cord for monitors are generally the same as the CPU power cord. They are interchangeable. I mix my power cords all the time.
