Will Canon Rebel 35mm lens fit a Canon 20D or 40D ?
Would prefer to get 40D, not Rebel digital (because I have heard it’s much better?). But want to make sure the lenses are compatible. Is the 40D difficult to use if I haven’t worked with an SLR off auto modes? I want better quality – but don’t want to get frustrated technically.
My 35mm Canon Rebel is an Eos Rebel G2. Does that help?

Yes the Lens will fit for as long as it is the EF Series Lenses.
