It says right in the chart that the flash is TTL compatible with Canon, so yes.
Yes, a guide number of about 98 feet is plenty for most indoor shots.
My thing is that the flash is too expensive for such a basic model. For that much, look at the Vivitar DF-383 or a low end Metz. For a crappy flash like that, you should be paying $60-$70. I do notice that prices for the same gear are much higher in the UK… that sucks.
